二、教學(xué)目標：能聽(tīng)懂、會(huì )說(shuō)“What is she/it doing? She/It is …”并能在情景中運用。
三、教學(xué)重、難點(diǎn)：
教學(xué)重點(diǎn)：“What is she / it doing? She / It is …”
教學(xué)難點(diǎn)：在實(shí)際的情景中正確地運用所學(xué)對話(huà)。
四、課前準備
多媒體課件、用于小組評價(jià)的小動(dòng)物頭像、動(dòng)物頭飾和望遠鏡。
五、教學(xué)步驟
Step 1. Warm-up / Review
Greeting
師生之間通過(guò)對唱英語(yǔ)歌曲的方式互相問(wèn)候。
Do a chant
師生一起齊唱根據前課時(shí)重點(diǎn)單詞自編配樂(lè )歌謠，并做相應動(dòng)作。
Step 2. Presentation / Practice
1、 Let’s try
通過(guò)聽(tīng)力練習，引出句型 What is it doing? It’s swimming.
教師利用多媒體課件創(chuàng )設去動(dòng)物園情景，以搶答方式猜測圖片內容引出句型: What is it doing? It’s swimming.
采取多種方式對句型進(jìn)行操練：師生―生生―小組―男女―同桌―展示。
2.通過(guò)聽(tīng)Let’s talk引出句型What is she doing? She’s swimming.
a. 請四名學(xué)生戴動(dòng)物頭飾進(jìn)行動(dòng)作表演，引出句型:
What is she doing? She’s swimming.
b. 采取多種方式對句型進(jìn)行操練：師生―生生―小組―男女―同桌―展示。
Step 3. Consolidation / Extension
小導游：創(chuàng )設情景，請學(xué)生參考給出圖片和導游詞當一回小導游！
Step 4.Summary
請學(xué)生談?wù)劚竟澱n的'收獲。
教唱根據本課重點(diǎn)句型自編配樂(lè )歌曲“In the Happy Zoo”.
Step 5.Homework
Find your partner to fill in the blank, then act out the dialogue.
請你的伙伴一起把下列對話(huà)補充完整，然后再一起表演對話(huà)。
