星期六的時(shí)候，我很早就起床了，因為我要看浙江電視臺少兒頻道的安全教育節目。早上8：10分左右開(kāi)始的。第一部分是當發(fā)生地震時(shí)我們應該如何避險；第二部分是當火災發(fā)生時(shí)我們應該怎樣正確逃生；第三部分是在馬路上行走時(shí)應該注意哪些問(wèn)題；第四部分是我們不應該到哪些地方去游泳，當有人發(fā)生溺水時(shí)我們應該如何營(yíng)救；第五部分是其他一些校園安全防范常識。我以為是八點(diǎn)半開(kāi)始的，所以我起晚了一點(diǎn)，當我打開(kāi)電視開(kāi)始看的`時(shí)候，我不知道放了到哪個(gè)部分了，所以我就一邊看電視一邊看通知單。
看完電視我知道了當發(fā)生地震的時(shí)候如果我們在校園里的話(huà)，我們得趴在桌底下，不要動(dòng)，保護好自己的頭，要閉上眼睛。如果在家里發(fā)生地震的話(huà)，我們得拿上枕頭在某個(gè)角落蹲著(zhù)，把枕頭放在頭了，閉上眼睛。
當發(fā)生火災的時(shí)候，我們得象以前演習那樣如果在學(xué)校我們得用袖子捂住口鼻。排好隊跑到操場(chǎng)上，之后再迅速離開(kāi)學(xué)校。如果在家里發(fā)生的話(huà)，我們得用濕毛巾捂住口鼻，直接下樓，不能乘坐電梯，不然會(huì )困在那里。
我還知道了怎么過(guò)馬路和其他的安全知識，我覺(jué)得這些知識對我們非常有幫助，我牢牢的記在心里。
