大家早上好！今天我演講的題目是《我們只有一個(gè)地球》。
Dear teachers and schoolmates, good morning! My topictoday is “We have only one earth.”
地球是宇宙中一顆璀璨的'明珠。昔日的地球仿佛人間仙境，藍天碧水、綠樹(shù)成陰……而今天的地球卻失去了往日的美麗風(fēng)采，這讓人不禁深思：這是為什么？
The earth is a beautiful pearl in the universe. Inthe past, the earth is like a fairyland, clear water andblue sky, green trees… But now, the earth had lost her beauty, the peoplecan not help but think: That is why?
聽(tīng)，森林里傳來(lái)的不是鳥(niǎo)語(yǔ)花香，而是無(wú)情的槍聲和電鋸聲。樹(shù)木一棵棵倒下了，動(dòng)物們失去了家園，沙塵暴卻越來(lái)越猖狂。清澈的河水變成了污水，看不見(jiàn)魚(yú)兒歡快的影子……
Listen, there are no more trees and birds in the forest but thesound of powerful saws. Trees were cut down and animals losttheir homes. The clear water became dirty, with no fish.
如果再這樣下去，我們將呼吸不到新鮮的空氣，我們將無(wú)水可飲、無(wú)處安身……地球將毀于我們之手。
If this goes on, wecan not get fresh air. There will be no water to drink, no placeto live… The earth will be destroyed in our hands.
我們要做到節約用水、用電，少排放污水，不使用白色垃圾袋，將自己家的垃圾分類(lèi)裝袋，分別投放。然后，為防止人們?yōu)橹圃旒垙埗鴣y砍亂伐，我建議用過(guò)的作業(yè)本用來(lái)當草稿紙，讀過(guò)的舊報紙用來(lái)寫(xiě)毛筆字，很舊的書(shū)送到廢物回收站改造成再生紙。在外面吃飯時(shí)不用一次性筷子，喝水的時(shí)候不用一次性紙杯。植樹(shù)節的時(shí)候我們一定要多種幾顆樹(shù)，讓地球母親重新披上綠色的外衣！恢復往日的風(fēng)采！
We should save water and electricity, and put the wastedifferently. Then, I suggest doing homework on used paper, writingChinese characters on old newspapers, and reusing the old books to cut fewertrees. Do not use cups and other things for only one time when we eat out. Plantmore trees to make the earth mother put on green coat! Bebeautiful like before.
