由淺入深,設置場(chǎng)景、對話(huà)以及表演來(lái)教授新句型。

教學(xué)圖片、教學(xué)光盤(pán)、VCD機、錄音機
Teaching Procedures：
Step1.Warming– up A.Duty report Teacher：How are you,boys and girls?
S s：Fine,thank you.
Teacher：OK,who's on duty today?
(the student who is on duty starts to make aduty report)
B.Ask and answer
(The teacher asks some Ss to answer questions and writes down the verbs in the sentences on the blackboard.)
T：Usually,what time do you go to school?
S1：…
T：When does your father watch TV in the evening?
S2：…
T：Do you do your homework in the evening?
S3：…
T：When do you play soccer?
S4：…
T：what time do you usually eat dinner?
S5：…
(The teacher should encourage the students after questions.)
The teacher ask the students to read these five verbs for several times.
Step 2.Presentation A.Match the words and the activities.
Ask the students to turn to page 83,and look at the pictures in 1a.
Then,the teacher ask questions：
--What's he doing?(Picture 1)
--He's making atelephone call.
(Help the students answer the question with body language.)
Ask and answer just like that,and finish 1a.(Ss can guess the meaning of doing homework,watching TV,cleaning,eating dinner and reading.)
The Ss read these V-ing words after the teacher.
B.Play the video.
To make the Ss clear what they are learning in this class.Mr.Gong's words do give the teacher abig hand.
(Write down the title of Unit 14 I'm watching TV on the blackboard and ask the Ss to read it.)
C.Teach the Present Progressive.
1.Introduction Tell the Ss what the Present Progressive is.(現在進(jìn)行時(shí)表示現在正在進(jìn)行或發(fā)生的動(dòng)作,它的表現形式為Be Verbs+V-ing--這也即為它的結構式.)
2.Tell the difference Write down the V-ing forms by another lines of go,watch,do,play and eat on the blackboard.Ask the Ss to have alook and find the difference between them.For example：go and going,watch and watching,do and doing,etc.Then,ask the Ss to read them again.
3.Listen to the tape.
Let the Ss get rea dy to listen to the tape(paper and ball-point pen).
Check the answer：2 41 4.Activities.
The teacher acts several actions and say："What am Idoing?",help Ss answer："I'm opening the door."
(The other actions：look at someone,clean the window)
Write down the three sentences on the blackboard,and ask the Ss to pay attention to the important words underlined：

I'm looking at him.

5.Pairwork.
Ask and answer questions about what people are doing in the picture.

The Ss can practice different sentences upon the verbs on the blackboard.
6.Guessing game.
The teacher prepare several pieces of paper and there are different actions on it.Ask apair of Ss to act it out.(Each pair of Ss choose two pieces of paper and act.)
(The Ss must like to do it,so the teacher can ask many pairs to do this game and,the Ss can be familiar with the Present Progressive step by step.They can have fun in the classroom during this class,it's the most important.)
7.Self-assessment.
The teacher prepare for the Ss some listening exercises,and play the cassette,let them finish these exercises at once.Then,check the answer.The Ss can understand whether they have learned about the Present Progressive.
8.Do the exercises.
The teacher have the Ss some exercises,and ask the Ss to do at once.

(一)教材的地位及作用
本課是初一新教材第5單元的第一部分，教材內容圍繞著(zhù)描述人現在的活動(dòng)展開(kāi)，讓學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì )談?wù)撊巳藗冋诟墒裁�，教案《新目標七年級英語(yǔ)Unit5教案》。本課的教學(xué)內容與學(xué)生的實(shí)際生活密切相關(guān)，易于引發(fā)學(xué)生運用簡(jiǎn)單的英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行交際和交流。在學(xué)習活動(dòng)中，學(xué)生能通過(guò)交換對不同人物活動(dòng)的描述，促進(jìn)學(xué)生之間和師生之間的情感交流，增進(jìn)情誼。
(二)教學(xué)目標
1、知識目標：
What are you doing?I am watching.
What is he doing?He is doing homework.
Is she reading?No,she is doing her homework.
2、能力目標：
(1)、能抓住人物的主要特征來(lái)描述人物的外貌，并根據描述畫(huà)出人像。
(2)、能概括人物的外貌特征并根據人物特征推理出某一人物。
3、情感目標：
通過(guò)描述同學(xué)、教師或自己的偶像的外貌，表達自己的看法，使學(xué)生在人際交往中學(xué)會(huì )尊重和理解別人，學(xué)會(huì )交換不同的看法，了解他人的愛(ài)好，增進(jìn)情誼。
(三)教學(xué)重點(diǎn)及難點(diǎn)
1、掌握并運用描述人物活動(dòng)和地點(diǎn)的詞匯：
watching,doing,eating cleaning,playing,reading,swimming,shopping,pool,school,mall,library 2、掌握并運用簡(jiǎn)單的英語(yǔ)交際句型：
What are you doing?I am watching.
What is he doing?He is doing homework.
Is she reading?No,she is doing her homework.
(四).教法設計
對本課我主要采取了如下幾種教法：
1.聽(tīng)錄音。
聽(tīng)音是英語(yǔ)學(xué)習的重要方法，也是課堂教學(xué)的重要步驟。在聽(tīng)中可以感知，可以模仿。
2.重點(diǎn)解釋?zhuān)瑐�(gè)別操練。
在每一堂教學(xué)中，學(xué)生總會(huì )遇到一些難以理解的詞、句型、短語(yǔ)、句子或某一語(yǔ)法現象。如本課出現的一般過(guò)去時(shí)的用法等都需要教師個(gè)別解釋甚至創(chuàng )設語(yǔ)言情境進(jìn)行操練和舉例，以?huà)叱杂山浑H過(guò)程中的"攔路虎"，為語(yǔ)言的進(jìn)一步學(xué)習奠定基礎。
3.指導學(xué)生展開(kāi)情景對話(huà)。
在第一部分和第二部分的教學(xué)過(guò)程中，要想辦法使人人開(kāi)口，使人人都有成功感。通過(guò)對話(huà)逐步達到對教材內容的全部操練。第三部分問(wèn)答游戲時(shí)，猜中的同學(xué)老師給予鼓勵，激勵更多的同學(xué)參與進(jìn)來(lái)
4.學(xué)生獨立操作。
首先要求學(xué)生根據師生示范獨立對話(huà)，隨后叫幾組分別站起來(lái)表演。這是深化課堂教學(xué)的重要舉措。
5.我在教學(xué)過(guò)程中設計了填表和動(dòng)詞填空的練習，以檢查學(xué)生對本課的掌握情況。在整個(gè)教學(xué)活動(dòng)中，我還采用了幻燈片，對順利開(kāi)展教學(xué)活動(dòng)起到了很好的輔助作用。
(五).學(xué)法指導：
我所采用的教法有助于學(xué)生掌握如下學(xué)法：
1.養成聽(tīng)的習慣。
學(xué)生要經(jīng)常聽(tīng)錄音，聽(tīng)教師講英語(yǔ)，聽(tīng)同學(xué)們講英語(yǔ)，這對學(xué)好英語(yǔ)大有好處。
2.科學(xué)儲備大量知識。
學(xué)生不掌握豐富的知識就不可能進(jìn)行很好的語(yǔ)言交流。所以學(xué)生必須了解語(yǔ)言規律，掌握豐富的詞匯，熟知語(yǔ)法規則，會(huì )熟練表達由各個(gè)話(huà)題而展開(kāi)的交際內容。要學(xué)會(huì )在實(shí)踐中學(xué)，在應用中學(xué)，這樣學(xué)來(lái)的知識記憶深刻、靈活度大。
3.及時(shí)鞏固，反復記憶。
凡教師在課堂上所講到的`語(yǔ)言難點(diǎn)，學(xué)生應及時(shí)整理，再次認識并積極使用。對前面已學(xué)過(guò)的課文，學(xué)生要有安排地經(jīng)常復習，否則常常是學(xué)了新的，忘了舊的。
4.積極操練，重在口頭。
在課堂上，學(xué)生要積極參與教師設計的每個(gè)教學(xué)活動(dòng)，要大膽開(kāi)口，創(chuàng )造性地說(shuō)自己想說(shuō)的話(huà)。課后和其他同學(xué)及時(shí)進(jìn)行英語(yǔ)交流。只有這樣，才能將書(shū)本知識變成自己的知識和語(yǔ)言能力；也只有這樣，才能實(shí)現脫口說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的目的。
(六)教學(xué)設計
在上新課之前先復習動(dòng)詞的ing形式，和上節課的重點(diǎn)句型。通過(guò)對重點(diǎn)句型的變形導入新課。安排猜謎游戲幫助學(xué)生鞏固新知之新知識。然后翻開(kāi)課本學(xué)習2c，這樣可以降低學(xué)生學(xué)習難度，有利于學(xué)生更好的掌握新知識。接下來(lái)再講2a和2b，之后是3a和3b.講解4時(shí)，難度再次加大，因為需要學(xué)生用自己的語(yǔ)言講解圖片。于是我利用教材所給的圖片和問(wèn)題進(jìn)行引導，先讓學(xué)生觀(guān)察圖片，在就圖片回答問(wèn)題。問(wèn)題有答案之后，要求他們講述圖片，這個(gè)難度就大大降低了。最后我在就學(xué)生的講述進(jìn)行適當的引導和補充。下課前布置作業(yè)，結束課堂。在整個(gè)教學(xué)過(guò)
