這些驚心動(dòng)魄的事例，難道還不足以說(shuō)明沉迷于網(wǎng)絡(luò )游戲的危害嗎？
網(wǎng)絡(luò )只是我們交流的工具，并不是游戲機，要做到網(wǎng)絡(luò )安全，必須做到這幾點(diǎn)：
1、多用網(wǎng)絡(luò )去交流、學(xué)習。
2、少在網(wǎng)絡(luò )上玩游戲。
3、在使用電腦是不宜連續使用過(guò)長(cháng)時(shí)間。
4、不在網(wǎng)上散布假消息，不在網(wǎng)上散布、點(diǎn)擊黃色信息。
如果做到這幾點(diǎn)，上網(wǎng)就是安全的、健康的、快樂(lè )的。
我平時(shí)上網(wǎng)時(shí)，即使是玩游戲每次持續上網(wǎng)也不超過(guò)半小時(shí)，我還給自己定了個(gè)規則，每星期最多只玩一小時(shí)，每次玩不能超過(guò)半小時(shí)，即使一次性用完，中間也要放松10分鐘。我在玩游戲時(shí)，對游戲內容也是有選擇的，對于暴力的、黃色的絕對不上；不健康的網(wǎng)站不上；有空時(shí)玩玩綠色的、大型的兒童游戲，比如摩爾莊園、賽爾號等游戲。
總之一句話(huà)，為了您和家人的身心健康，上網(wǎng)要安全、健康、快樂(lè )，請不要沉迷于網(wǎng)絡(luò )游戲。

隨著(zhù)資訊科技的發(fā)達，電腦愈來(lái)愈普及，網(wǎng)絡(luò )早已成為生活里不可或缺的一部份，不僅將網(wǎng)絡(luò )多元功能發(fā)揮的淋漓盡致，更讓科技與生活緊密結合，提供人們更舒適、便捷的資訊生活環(huán)境。只要在家輕點(diǎn)滑鼠，連上網(wǎng)絡(luò )，就能“秀才不出門(mén)，能知天下事”，甚 至食、衣、住、行、育樂(lè )等生活所需，也都能一指搞定。
我很喜歡上網(wǎng)，也常上網(wǎng)，但我總是非常小心。因網(wǎng)絡(luò )世界雖然五花八門(mén)、包羅萬(wàn)象，有 很多新奇的事物，不過(guò)潛藏的陷阱也很多。像木馬病毒，不僅讓電腦運作速度變慢，個(gè)人資料也會(huì )跟著(zhù)外洩，重要資料也可能被盜��；還有一些不良網(wǎng)站，若讓未成年兒童瀏覽，對身心造會(huì )成莫大的`傷害；更有一些網(wǎng)絡(luò )交友、線(xiàn)上游戲，一個(gè)不小心就可能被未謀面的網(wǎng)友給騙了，甚至人財兩失！這樣的例子比比皆是，受害者還不僅止于兒童，甚至是成年人也深受其害。
俗語(yǔ)：“水可以載舟，亦可以覆舟”，網(wǎng)絡(luò )對我們也是如此，要看使用者如何拿捏了。用得好，它就會(huì )是工作與生活上的好幫手；用得不好，則很有可能會(huì )傷害自己，徒留遺憾。為了讓不良網(wǎng)站遠離我們，避免危害身心，并拒絕病毒侵入個(gè)人電腦，上網(wǎng)時(shí)應留意，要做到“不下載不明或非法軟件、不開(kāi)啟不明連結、不透露個(gè)人資料、不與網(wǎng)友外出”，才能保護個(gè)人安全與暢游網(wǎng)絡(luò )世界。
