三者都可以表示(經(jīng)過(guò)曲折、等待、延遲)終于。
不同的是：
finally 一般用在句中動(dòng)詞前， at last 與 in the end 位置更靈活；
三者中at last 語(yǔ)氣最強，可單獨用作感嘆句。

At last he knew the meaning of life.

But in the end he gave in.
另外，finally也可以在列舉事項時(shí)引出最后一個(gè)內容，相當于lastly。
