stop用法

　　stop doing是停止做某事；

　　stop to do是停下來(lái)做另一件事；

　　stop…from doing是阻止做某事。

　　1.This behaviour must stop ─ do I make myself clear?

　　這種行為必須停止——我講清楚了吧？

　　2.If I had the choice, I would stop working tomorrow.

　　如果讓我選擇，我明天就停止工作。

　　3.I want to go and you can't stop me.

　　我要走，你攔不住我。

　　4.You can't stop people from saying what they think.

　　人們怎么想就會(huì )怎么說(shuō)，你阻止不了。

　　5.It is time to put a stop to the violence.

　　現在是結束這場(chǎng)暴力活動(dòng)的時(shí)候了。
