英語(yǔ)序數詞課件
一.序數詞用法
1． 基數詞變序數詞的規律 ：
基變序，有規律。
1,2,3特殊記，加th從4起 (first,second,third,fourth)
8少t,9去e,千萬(wàn)別忘記 (eighth,ninth) 逢5逢12，ve變f (fifth,twelfth)
20到90，y要變ie (twentieth,ninetieth) 若是幾十幾，前基后序別倒位 (ninety-first)
2.序數詞常與定冠詞the 連用。
練習：①Henry has learned eight _________ French words this year.
A.hundred B.hundreds C.hundred of D.hundreds of
�、赥he _________lesson is the most difficult one in Book Two. (twenty)
二． 序數詞的用途
a. 用來(lái)表示時(shí)間
例如：2008年2月28日可以表示為February 28th, 2007
b. 用來(lái)表示順序
例如：He is always the first to come to school.
他總是第一個(gè)來(lái)學(xué)校。
c. 用來(lái)表示樓層
例如：He lives on the fourth floor.他住在四樓。
以下是表示月份的單詞，同學(xué)們要牢記：
January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December, 數詞的用法：
一、表示事物的`編號：如： the ninth part = part nine 第九部分
the Fourth Lesson = Lesson Four 第四課 the sixth paragraph= paragraph six 第六段
二、表示年月日： “年”用基數詞，“日用序數詞”。例如：
1949年10月1日—寫(xiě)法： Oct.1, 1949. 讀做：Oct. (the ) first, nineteen forty-nine.
2009年3月28日—寫(xiě)法： March 27, 2009. 讀作： March, (the) twenty-seventh, two thousand and nine.
三、表示時(shí)間：五、用數詞表示分數時(shí)， 分子用基數詞，分母用序數詞；如果分子大于1，分母要用復數。
1/2: one-second 3/4 three-fourths, 2/5 two-fifths.
記口訣： 分子基，分母序。分子大于1， 分母加 s.
四、表示“加減乘除”：
15+2=？ How much is fifteen plus two? 8-7=? How much is eight minus seven?
12×12=？ How much is twelve times twelve? 81÷9=？ How much is eighty-one divided by nine?
五、讀小數時(shí)，數字只用基數詞： 3.4 讀作：three point four 0.2讀作zero point two
下面把1－99的序數詞也分為四個(gè)類(lèi)。
1、第一類(lèi)
first (1st) 第一
second (2nd) 第二
third (3rd) 第三
�。ㄔ诶ㄌ柪锏氖强s寫(xiě)形式，均在阿拉伯數字后面加上相應序數詞的最后兩個(gè)字母構成，以下各類(lèi)與此相同。）這類(lèi)序數詞只有三個(gè)，在整個(gè)序數詞里面是特殊的，就和第一類(lèi)基數詞一樣，需要逐個(gè)地硬記下來(lái)。
2、第二類(lèi)：
fourth (4th) 第四
fifth (5th) 第五
sixth (6th) 第六
seventh (7th) 第七
eighth (8th) 第八
ninth (9th) 第九
tenth (10th) 第十
eleventh (11th) 第十一
twelfth (12th) 第十二
thirteenth (13th) 第十三
fourteenth (14th) 第十四
fifteenth (15th) 第十五
sixteenth (16th) 第十六
seventeenth (17th) 第十七
eighteenth (18th) 第十八
nineteenth (19th) 第十九
這一類(lèi)序數詞共有十六個(gè)。均在相應的基數詞后面加上后綴－th構成。要注意其中fifth、eighth、ninth、twelth四個(gè)詞的拼法。
3、第三類(lèi)：
twentieth (20th) 第二十
thirtieth (30th) 第三十
fortieth (40th) 第四十
fiftieth (50th) 第五十
sixtieth (60th) 第六十
seventieth (70th) 第七十
eightieth (80th) 第八十
ninetieth (90th) 第九十
這一類(lèi)全是十位整數的序數詞，共八個(gè)。它們的構成方法是：先將相應的十位整數的基數詞詞尾－ty中的y改成i,然后在加上后綴－eth.
4、第四類(lèi)：
thirty-first (31th) 第三十一
sixty-second (62nd) 第六十二
eighty-seventh (87th) 第八十七
ninety-eighth (98th) 第九十八
