一、Greeting and warm-up.
Hello class! Today let’s meet two friends. Who are they? Listen and guess.
1. He is a Chinese man. He is very, very tall. He is a NBA player.
Who is he?
2. He lives in Taiwan. He is a singer. He sings quickly. Who is he?
。ㄍㄟ^(guò)教師的描述學(xué)生猜出人物,引出問(wèn)題)What does he like to do?
What do you like to do?(師生問(wèn)答,答語(yǔ)中會(huì )出現I like to draw pictures.)
Oh, me too. I like to draw pictures. We are the same.
Now let’s draw pictures, ok?
設計意圖:由猜謎游戲導入,調動(dòng)學(xué)生的興趣,用chant的形式問(wèn)答練習,讓學(xué)生描述自己喜歡做的事情,真正的做到投其所好,并且由draw
pictures這一項輕松的活動(dòng)引出所學(xué)新知識。
二、New concepts.
1. (畫(huà)畫(huà)并提問(wèn))What’ this? Is this a________?
Look! This is a house.(畫(huà)張床) Guess, what’s this? What can we do on the bed?
Yes, we can lie on the bed and sleep.教學(xué)(lie on)
Where else can you lie on?(學(xué)生回答,答語(yǔ)中會(huì )出現I can lie on the grass.)
Good idea! Let’s go outside.
2. (畫(huà)草坪)What’s this? Yes, this is grass. Let’s lie on the grass. What
can we see?
Good, we can see the sky.(教學(xué)sky,反復拼讀,識記單詞。)
What’s in the sky?(學(xué)生回答,教師板畫(huà),e.g. sun.)
There are many clouds in the sky. Look! This is a cloud. What does it look
like? (板書(shū)“l(fā)ook like好象”并領(lǐng)讀。)It looks like a_________.
Who can draw some other clouds? What does it look like? (學(xué)生回答。)
Who can ask? (生生問(wèn)答。)
設計意圖:以上環(huán)節通過(guò)繪畫(huà)呈現給學(xué)生一個(gè)真實(shí)的語(yǔ)境,再融入重點(diǎn)詞、短語(yǔ)及句型的教學(xué),讓學(xué)生更直觀(guān)自然地接觸新知,培養他們綜合語(yǔ)言的運用能力。
3. Now look! What am I drawing? What does it look like? (學(xué)生回答。)
What can we do on a windy day? Great, we can fly kites. Today I have
some beautiful kites. Can you put them in the sky? (學(xué)生快速地將風(fēng)箏卡片帖在黑板上。)
I have another kite in the book. It’s very special and important for
Chinese. What is it?
Very good, it’s “dragon”.(教學(xué)單詞。)
I have last kite. It looks like a circle. What is it? Great, it’s the
sun kite.
設計意圖:培養學(xué)生的感悟理解能力以及敏銳的洞察力。
Look at the kites. What does it look like? (師生問(wèn)答,生生問(wèn)答。)
Now let’s chant! Follow me:1、2、3、4.(拍手)
What does it look like? It looks like a bird.
What does it look like? It looks like a square.
What does it look like? It looks like the sun.
設計意圖:運用 chant既鞏固了新授句型也調動(dòng)了學(xué)生的熱情,使課堂進(jìn)入高潮,同時(shí)也培養他們的韻律感和節奏感。
3. Look at the picture. It’s so beautiful. And it has a story of
mine. Do you want to know? Ok, let’s look and listen.(課件展示)
Yesterday, after school, I went home and lay(lie的過(guò)去式) on my bed. Then I
made(make的過(guò)去式) a kite. After that, I ran (run的過(guò)去式)outside to fly my kite.
It looked like a fish. There were many other kites in the sky. Look! Whose
kite looked like a bird? Oh, that was Li Ming’s. And whose kite looked
like a circle? Yes, I know. It was Danny’s.

設計意圖:緊緊圍繞板書(shū)所呈現的一幅美麗的圖畫(huà),以短文的向學(xué)生講述了一段教師下班后在家發(fā)生的小故事,這樣可以讓學(xué)生走進(jìn)我的生活,拉近我們的距離。同時(shí)用過(guò)去時(shí)態(tài)呈現,也是為學(xué)習課文做好鋪墊,又巧妙的處理了本課的難點(diǎn),此一環(huán)節的設計也是為課后作業(yè)(讓學(xué)生格局板書(shū)的畫(huà)面,展開(kāi)想象,寫(xiě)一篇英語(yǔ)短文) 作了一個(gè)好的范例。
4.提出問(wèn)題,進(jìn)入課文
“What happened when Danny flew(fly的過(guò)去式) his kite?”
Now let’s look and listen.
播放光盤(pán),回答問(wèn)題。
設計意圖:檢驗學(xué)生對課文的理解,訓練學(xué)生的表達能力。
5.時(shí)間允許的話(huà),可以讓學(xué)生自讀課文。

Homework: Write a short passage (文章)with the picture on the blackboard.
設計意圖:通過(guò)學(xué)生自己的細致觀(guān)察以及獨立的思考還有教師前面的范文,寫(xiě)出一篇小短文,這是對所學(xué)知識的運用及鞏固也是對學(xué)生寫(xiě)作能力的培養和綜合語(yǔ)言應用能力的提升。
