人生活在地球上，要生存，要發(fā)展，首先就得靠地球，靠有山有水，有森林有草原的大自然�？墒怯腥苏`以為大自然是取之不盡，用之不竭的寶庫，于是毀林而種，竭澤而漁，連連受到自然的懲罰而不自知。年復一年，森林變成了荒丘，綠洲淪為沙漠，致使世界上每年有20xx公頃農田被沙漠吞噬。這樣下去經(jīng)過(guò)若干年，地球上的綠地將全部被沙漠侵占，我們的子孫將無(wú)法生存!前些年，農村包產(chǎn)到戶(hù)后，哄砍山林成風(fēng)，我國務(wù)川縣一個(gè)鄉的近20xx畝杉木林，在一周之內被砍為平地。聽(tīng)到這個(gè)消息，我頭疼，我憤怒，這樣做的農民太愚昧，太自私。還有很多正在干著(zhù)類(lèi)似務(wù)川的貽害子孫的事情：任滾滾濃煙彌漫天空，讓高分貝的噪音刺激人的神經(jīng)。
對此，我們應該深思�，F代化社會(huì )使我們生活得更美好，現代科學(xué)也已充分揭示了環(huán)境保護的重要性。每個(gè)正直的公民，都應具備這樣的歷史眼光和憂(yōu)患意識：要把我國建成一個(gè)理想的現代化強國，必須做到發(fā)展經(jīng)濟與保護環(huán)境同步，實(shí)現經(jīng)濟發(fā)展效益與社會(huì )效益的統一。
事實(shí)也是這樣，幾年前，大連污染嚴重，經(jīng)過(guò)一系列的保護措施后，不僅使市容面目美觀(guān)了，還帶來(lái)了良好的經(jīng)濟效益，外商投資，中外合作等等，因此讓大連成為現代化的大都市。
