The picture illustrates what we often read in news in modem society：an old man is lying on the street，while the passers-by are all hesitating to give a hand, in case that it may incur unwanted trouble.
From my point of view, there may be some main reasons for this phenomenon. Firstly, it’s reported that some old people deliberately fell to blackmail those who help them. It is the behavior of those old people that makes this phenomenon more severer. Though some people want to help, they are afraid to incur unwanted problems. As a result, the old really in need cannot get help from the passers-by. On the other hand, in morn society, everyone is so busy that they become indifferent to the things out of their business. All they care about is their position, their salary,etc.. Try to imagine that when you are in need but nobody helps you!
To sum up, I hold that we must help those in need, but we should protect ourselves in the same time.

在考前7小時(shí)，四級考試的作文題目赫然掛在國內一網(wǎng)站頁(yè)面上。昨天下午，北京警方和武漢警方已對此事立案偵查，公安部也關(guān)注此事。
考前7小時(shí)網(wǎng)站泄露四級考題
按照規定，全國英語(yǔ)四級考試于6月19日上午9時(shí)開(kāi)考。剛考完試，武漢某高校一名參加四級考試的學(xué)生就向武漢某媒體報料稱(chēng)，考前數小時(shí)，他曾在一叫“貓撲”的網(wǎng)站上看到一個(gè)英語(yǔ)求助帖：一網(wǎng)友出了一個(gè)英語(yǔ)作文題目，要大家幫忙寫(xiě)一下。后來(lái)，這名網(wǎng)友又補帖增加了作文題目的具體要求。沒(méi)想到，這個(gè)題目竟然跟他拿到的`四級試卷的作文題目一模一樣！
接到讀者報料的這名記者立即上網(wǎng)查詢(xún)，果然在該網(wǎng)站看到了這兩個(gè)帖子。昨天中午，記者向湖北教育部門(mén)求證，網(wǎng)頁(yè)上公布的試題是否為全國英語(yǔ)四級考試題目。據湖北省考試院全國英語(yǔ)四、六級考試值班室工作人員楊華介紹，此試題與當日的英語(yǔ)試題一樣。
該帖點(diǎn)擊率超過(guò)萬(wàn)次
本報記者于昨天下午3時(shí)到貓撲網(wǎng)站()查詢(xún)時(shí)，泄露考題的帖子已被刪除。但此事在網(wǎng)站論壇已鬧得沸沸揚揚。
一網(wǎng)友發(fā)帖：“今天早上7時(shí)30分左右，一個(gè)同學(xué)向我說(shuō)他搞了好幾份答案，他說(shuō)是在網(wǎng)上一個(gè)論壇找的，讓我也看看，我當時(shí)不相信有這一套，不出錢(qián)哪來(lái)的餡餅？可是一上考場(chǎng)，發(fā)現作文題一模一樣……”
通過(guò)網(wǎng)友發(fā)帖的鏈接，記者終于找到了于6月19日凌晨2時(shí)4分19秒，發(fā)在貓撲大雜燴上的這個(gè)泄密帖。一網(wǎng)名為“zhuchizhuchi”的網(wǎng)友說(shuō)：“作文題目：a brief introduction to tourist attract幫寫(xiě)一下，我知道就這么多！英語(yǔ)的高手門(mén)(們)��！幸福就靠你了！”補充帖內容為：“要求：1、歡迎詞；2、一天的旅程安排；3、找一個(gè)景點(diǎn)向旅游者介紹�！�
北京物資學(xué)院一名參加四級考試的考生向記者證實(shí)，本次四級考試的作文題目就是這個(gè)，連要求也一字不差。
截至本報記者找到該帖，該帖的點(diǎn)擊率已經(jīng)超過(guò)萬(wàn)次。
北京武漢兩地警方立案偵查
就考題泄露事件，記者撥通了貓撲網(wǎng)站所留的廣告聯(lián)系電話(huà)。接電話(huà)的人稱(chēng)該號碼為行政部，且目前公司沒(méi)有任何工作人員在，他本人只是一名普通員工的朋友，而該員工現在不在公司。
此人還拒絕透露公司地址和其他部門(mén)的電話(huà)。之后，此電話(huà)再無(wú)人接聽(tīng)。
記者還從首先獲悉此事的武漢媒體得知，由于聯(lián)系不上地處北京的全國英語(yǔ)四、六級考試中心，該媒體向北京市公安局了解此事。昨天下午3時(shí)許，北京警方表示已經(jīng)介入調查。晚些時(shí)候，本報通過(guò)知情人士獲悉，北京市公安局和武漢市公安局已對此事立案偵查。北京市公安局已將此事向公安部做了詳細匯報。
