As an outgoing junior school student, I have many interests, such as watching movies, reading books, searching the Internet, playing computer games, attending various sports. In the spare time, the one thing I like most is watching movies, because it’s very convenient and interesting. Usually, movies tell wonderful stories to us. They are humorous, sad, happy, intricate or thought-provoking. You can get many from a good movie. Besides, my favorite sport is basketball. Every time after I play basketball, I feel relaxed. I focus on the game and I don’t let anything to influence on me. It’s really a wonderful feeling.

Hobbies can help a person's mental and physical health。Doctors have found that hobbies are valuable in helping patients recover from physical or mental illness. Hobbies give bedridden or wheel chair patients something to do， and provide interests that keep them from thinking about themselves.
Many hospitals treat patients by having them take up interesting hobbies or pastimes.
In early times， most people were too busy XXX a living to have many hobbies. But some persons who had leisure did enjoy hobbies. The ancient Egyptians played games with balls made of wood or pottery. People today have more time than ever before for hobbies. Machines have reduced the amount of time they must spend on their jobs. So I went on to read books.When another children were played outside,at the time I usually stayed at home reading,,.If I didnt knew the word ,I did my best not to given up, I always worked hard to looked up dictionary again and again.It was very difficult,but I also very happy,very enjoy .
Now,I just read more and more book.I ever likes reading than before.At weedend ,I always go to library and bookshop.Reading real very interesting and good.It is make me learns a lot new thing.I havent get out china once.but I knows someting about Holland,Italy,Japan,the USA and another country.Reading is good for my writing,too.Because I have a lots reading ,made me without worry about homework. Reading is fun.It can made me happy and sai.I can laughed and cried when I reading.
