Is the Test of Spoken English Necessary?

　　Since we go to school, we have to learn English, English has been one of the main subjects. Most students learn English for the purpose of getting high scores in the paper test, so they dont pay attention to the spoken English. It is not good for students to master the language, the test of spoken English is very necessary.

　　自從我們上學(xué)起，就要學(xué)習英語(yǔ)，英語(yǔ)已經(jīng)成為了一門(mén)主要的科目。大部分學(xué)生學(xué)習英語(yǔ)是為了在考試中得到高分數，因此他們不注重英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)。這樣是不利于學(xué)生掌握一門(mén)語(yǔ)言，英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)的測試是很重要的。

　　The language we learn is for the purpose of using it. At school, most students only treat this subject as the gate of getting into university. We can always find that the student who is good at getting the high score of English test is bad at spoken English. The student even cant have the normal conversation. How bad it is, this situation must need to be changed.

　　我們學(xué)習語(yǔ)言是為了使用它。在學(xué)校，大部分學(xué)生僅僅把英語(yǔ)當做進(jìn)入大學(xué)的門(mén)檻。我們總能發(fā)現擅長(cháng)在英語(yǔ)考試中拿高分的學(xué)生，他并不擅長(cháng)口語(yǔ)。甚至無(wú)法用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行正常的'交流。這多么糟糕啊，這個(gè)情況必須得改變。

　　If the test of spoken English becomes necessary, the students will make their efforts to improve their ability of speaking English. They will have the motivation to do it, though it is compulsory, it is indeed good to student.

　　如果英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)測試是必須的，學(xué)生們就會(huì )努力去提高講英語(yǔ)的能力。他們會(huì )有動(dòng)力去學(xué)習口語(yǔ)，雖然是強制性的，但是確實(shí)對學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)是有好處的。

　　The English test should be combined the paper with speaking. So the students can better master the language and make it practical.

　　英語(yǔ)測試應該是筆試和口語(yǔ)結合在一起。這樣學(xué)生才能更好地掌握一門(mén)語(yǔ)言，并且將其實(shí)踐。
