In doing so, you ll find you have the ability to overcome each obstacle brought your way.
When you find yourself drained and depleted of energy, remember to find a place of sanctuary and rest.
Take the neccessary time in your own life to dream your dreams and renew your energy, so you ll be ready to face each new day.
When you feel tension building, find something fun to do. You ll find that the stress you feel will dissipate and your thoughts will become clearer.
When you re faced with so many negative and draining situations, realize how minuscule problems will seem when you view your life as a whole--and remember the positive things.

My mother is a village woman，who is already in her fifties. She had very little school education，but she knows that knowledge is of great importance to young people.
She often asks me how I get along with my studies and encourages me to study hard.My mother takes good care of me and does everything she can for me，so that I can spend more time on my study.
Once she was badly ill and had stayed in bed for several days. When I got home to see her at night，I found the light was still on and mother was sitting in bed，making new clothes for me ! I was so deeply moved that tears came to my eyes.
Such is my mother，a kind and hard-working woman. I'll respect and love her forever.
我的母親是一個(gè)村的女人,他已經(jīng)在她的年代。她很少的學(xué)校教育,但她知道知識是年輕人的重視。
她經(jīng)常問(wèn)我我如何相處我的`學(xué)習,鼓勵我努力學(xué)習。我的母親對我非常照顧,一切她可以為我,這樣我可以花更多的時(shí)間在我的學(xué)習。

Last but certainly not least, there is no doubt that we had a great time together, which we will keep in mind forever.
By the way, I can't wait to tell you something new about my class. After you left for the America, we had an English competition. We all did very well, using the knowledge you told us. No one can deny you helped us so much!
