Since we go to school， we are taught that no pain， no gain， it means that if people want to be successful， they must work hard。 But the truth is that not everyone can get what they want， even they work hard so much， but if working hard does not bring success， why should they still need to work hard。 In my opinion， working hard doesn’t mean the person can success certainly， success needs more factors， like the time， the luck and other things。 There is no doubt that if the person does not work hard and fight for his goal， there is no way for him to get what he wants。 Some actors start their career at the very young age， when they are also 40， they become famous suddenly， if they give up， they can’t be waiting for their reputation。 So working hard， there is much chance to get succeed。
當我們上學(xué)，總是被教育沒(méi)有付出就沒(méi)有收獲，這意味著(zhù)如果人們想要成功，他們必須努力工作。但是事實(shí)上，并不是每個(gè)人都可以得到他們想要的，即使他們很努力的工作，但是如果付出沒(méi)有帶來(lái)成功，為什么人們還要努力工作呢。在我看來(lái)，努力工作并不意味著(zhù)人們一定可以成功，成功需要更多的因素，比如時(shí)間，運氣和其他等等。毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)，如果人們不付出，不為目標奮斗的話(huà)，他想得到的東西就無(wú)法觸及。一些演員很早就出道，當他們接近40歲的'時(shí)候才開(kāi)始瞬間爆紅，如果放棄了，他們就等不到成功那天。因此，努力工作，就很有機會(huì )成功。

In China， students work so hard， they study day and night， for the purpose of getting the high mark， so that they can go to a better school， which will bring them more promising future。 To get the study time as more as possible， some students move their books to the study room， they want to occupy the seat， so they put a lot of books as the sign that the seat has been taken by someone， other people can’t take this seat。 In my opinion， studying hard is a good thing， working hard will lead people to success， while taking the seat for a long time is not a civilized behavior。 It is a kind of wasting resource， when students are not here， but the seats are empty， they should be left for other students to study。
在中國，學(xué)生很努力學(xué)習，他們白天和晚上都在學(xué)習，只為了得到更高的分數，這樣他們就可以進(jìn)入到更好地學(xué)校，能給他們帶來(lái)更加光明的前途。為了盡可能地更多時(shí)間學(xué)習，一些學(xué)生把他們的書(shū)本搬到了自習室，他們想要占位置，所以他們放了很多書(shū)，作為位置已被人占有的象征，別人不能做這個(gè)位置。在我看來(lái)，努力學(xué)習是一件好事，努力工作能讓人們成功，但是長(cháng)時(shí)間的占據位置不是文明的行為。這有點(diǎn)浪費資源，當學(xué)生不在學(xué)習時(shí)候，位置也是空的，他們應該把位置讓給別的學(xué)生來(lái)學(xué)習。
