　　1.班級學(xué)生現狀

　　我們班總共 名學(xué)生，上周我校進(jìn)行了半期考試。我把半期英語(yǔ)考試的情況簡(jiǎn)單向各位家長(cháng)作個(gè)匯報。平均分 分，優(yōu)生 人，優(yōu)生率 %。排名前十名的有 ;與九月份第一次月考相比，進(jìn)步較大的學(xué)生有 。通過(guò)高中半期的學(xué)習，大多數學(xué)生都具有良好的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習習慣。學(xué)習積極性較高，能夠自覺(jué)完成老師布臵的作業(yè)，深知英語(yǔ)學(xué)科在整個(gè)高中課程的重要性。

　　2.存在問(wèn)題:

　　1)早讀課容易瞌睡，每天晚上加夜班的同學(xué)比較多，導致早上精神狀態(tài)不好。

　　2)部分學(xué)生的學(xué)習方式仍然停留在初中甚至小學(xué)階段，從不自覺(jué)主動(dòng)地去學(xué)習(從他們對作業(yè)的認識和處理方式上就可以看出來(lái))

　　1.首先和大家交流一個(gè)問(wèn)題：孩子上了高中以后，總有一部分家長(cháng)很納悶：我家的孩子在小學(xué)能考到八九十分，初中也能考到七八十分，為什么到了高中，成績(jì)不令人滿(mǎn)意，甚至有些失望呢?

　　這個(gè)問(wèn)題的答案首先與各個(gè)學(xué)習階段的特點(diǎn)有關(guān)：小學(xué)階段以賞識教育為主，要在很小的時(shí)候培養學(xué)生的自信心，試卷內容大多與課本有關(guān)，因此考試分數自然會(huì )很高。初中則是以普及教育為主，考試會(huì )照顧到大部分學(xué)生，因此分數也較高。但是，高中教育，特別是在以高考為最終目標的大背景下，就是以選拔為目的了，所以，考試難度與深度會(huì )有很大的提升，得分率自然就會(huì )下降，孩子們的考試分數自然會(huì )低一些。所以拿初中甚至小學(xué)的分數來(lái)衡量孩子們高中的學(xué)習，是不科學(xué)的。

　　其次，與學(xué)生自身的學(xué)習方式和學(xué)習習慣有關(guān)：高中階段學(xué)習科目多而且難，要求學(xué)生必須學(xué)會(huì )自主學(xué)習(自覺(jué)主動(dòng)地去學(xué)習)，即變“要我學(xué)”為“我要學(xué)”，再也不能像初中甚至小學(xué)那樣靠老師和家長(cháng)盯著(zhù)學(xué)，那樣成績(jì)自然會(huì )下降。

　　2.第二個(gè)問(wèn)題，為什么同一個(gè)班級的孩子三年后成績(jì)差別那么大?成績(jì)進(jìn)步大的一定是那些學(xué)習習慣和個(gè)性好的孩子。孩子為什么會(huì )這樣，其實(shí)因素很多，這不僅僅與學(xué)習基礎有關(guān)，最主要的是與孩子的心態(tài)、學(xué)習方式及學(xué)習習慣密切相關(guān)。學(xué)生的學(xué)習方式及習慣是極其重要的，直接影響和決定學(xué)生的成績(jì)。不要到高三時(shí)才感慨，現在我們不是不想學(xué)，而是在高一、高二時(shí)沒(méi)有養成良好的學(xué)習習慣，沒(méi)能改變自己的學(xué)習方式以適應高中的學(xué)習，現在只能是心有余而力不足。因此，現在必須努力學(xué)習。

　　在此，我希望家長(cháng)們要時(shí)時(shí)關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習習慣和個(gè)性，也就是情商問(wèn)題。大量的實(shí)例證明了一個(gè)人的成功主要取決于情商，其次才是智商，兩者的.比例大概是7:3。既然知道英語(yǔ)學(xué)科舉足輕重，就必須愛(ài)英語(yǔ)，以十足的干勁學(xué)好英語(yǔ)。

　　3.第二個(gè)問(wèn)題，請家長(cháng)們正確看待孩子在班級的考試名次，當孩子名次退步時(shí)，原因是多方面的，首先幫助他樹(shù)立信心，然后一起幫助分析原因，而不要盲目地批評甚至打罵孩子�！巴�子成龍，望女成鳳”是我們共同的心愿，但在高一更應注重孩子學(xué)習習慣的培養、學(xué)習方式的轉變，讓孩子快樂(lè )的成長(cháng)進(jìn)步，嚴格遵循教育教學(xué)規律。

　　4.有些孩子還沒(méi)有適應高中的學(xué)習，還不知道高中階段怎么學(xué)，希望家長(cháng)們高度關(guān)注。高中學(xué)習科目多而難，時(shí)間緊，主要靠學(xué)生自主和自覺(jué)地學(xué)習，老師主要是引導和輔導、檢查和督促，而不像初中那樣盯著(zhù)你學(xué)習。說(shuō)明學(xué)生在學(xué)習目的、學(xué)習興趣上還需培養。

　　孩子是家長(cháng)的希望，教育好孩子是老師的希望。父母對孩子期望值的高低直接影響孩子將來(lái)所取得成就的大小。期望值一定要有，而且要恰到好處。

　　期望值過(guò)高：孩子拼命按家長(cháng)的意愿生活、學(xué)習，也許父母感到滿(mǎn)足，但孩子生活得較為壓抑，甚至影響心理健康。盡力后仍達不到家長(cháng)的要求，雙方均失望，可能導致孩子自暴自棄;

　　people are like tea bags—you have to put them in hot water before you know how strong they are." i can still remember the words that dad said to me years ago.

　　when i was young, i used to be very naughty. life then was like a glaball ,shining with bright colours. i had once gone down to the river bank, catching a great many worms and was afterwards punished by mum. i had ever cut the pillow towel into pieces in order to make clothes for my dolls. similarly, i was then blamed seriously. once i even put the hot iron on the floor which immediately burnt a big hole on the carpet. although i had done so many annoying things, my childhood seemed to be rather colourful. however, i had never had a clear definition about myself. but then something happened. it had made a great difference to my life and made who i am now.

　　i had always been afraid of having the intravenous drop in hospital. the first time i was taken to have the drop, i cried for almost half an hour and finally gave off at father's severe scolding. watching the cold needle stabbing into my skin, i cried even more loudly. at that time, i never dared to take a glance at my hand and always needed my mother to stay with me at my side. even if mum had told me many times," honey, there’s nothing to be scared of. just close your eyes and sleep." i would still keep my eyes wide open, watching the liquid flow through the bottle and never slept.

　　nevertheless, things just happened in a casual way. when i caught a high fever again when young, mum had to send for the doctor home to treat me. i was so sick that i became quite drowsy and then slept. when i suddenly woke up in the afternoon, i found the liquid in the bottle had already flown over ,while mum and dad were not around. i yelled, but finally found it was of no use. so i jumped out of the bed and pulled up the tubule. in the nature of things, the blood came out and dropped along the way i went downstairs. things became different at the time i went down alone. i discovered that i could be independent. i was much stronger than i had thought. looking back on the girl who cried all day, i came to understand suddenly that the strong part of the inner myself had been existing all the time. seeing the anxious mum, i revealed a big smile to her. i could see that mum was trying to hold her tears back and scrubbed my blood on the hand. she didn't know that her little girl had stealthily grown up.

　　since then, i became stronger. as you see now, standing in front of you is a confident and sunny girl. in my grown-up life, i've never cried for being injured no matter how serious it is. i can even go to the hospital alone when mum and dad are on business. i came acroso many difficulties in life, while i've never thought of giving up. thanks to that extraordinary experience at my age of ten, i discovered a person inside myself who has been so important and unique to me. just like what dad had told me before, "people are like tea bags—you have to put them in hot water before you know how strong they are."

　　What success means to me?

　　Once upon a time, an old rich woman left all her property to the person who could answer her question correctly. Her question was this “what is the most important thing for a person who wants to succeed?” To my surprise, the answer was not money, not power, not even opportunity, but “ambition”.

　　Why is ambition so important? A person without ambition is like a near-sighted lion. All the things in the distance appear blurred. No matter how strong it is, it can?t go far.

　　A lion lives to rule the whole plain. A person must prove that “I am a king here”, at least you are the king of yourself.

　　Nowadays, the world is very competitive. Even if you get to the top of your own field, there might be still someone better than you. So we have to ask ourselves: what is the proof of success? I believe it is doing something for this world.

　　Remember: As a successful person, in addition to ambition, the other key you

　　must hold is love. When you look back at history, you?ll find you were standing on the shoulders of the giants. You have enjoyed what they had left you. So we should live to work for the improvement of the world. 　　我是本學(xué)期擔任126班英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的楊老師，很多家長(cháng)也許是第一次見(jiàn)到我，大家彼此間可能比較陌生。希望今后有更多的機會(huì )與您攜手交流。今天在家長(cháng)會(huì )上能與家長(cháng)們就學(xué)生的學(xué)習與發(fā)展開(kāi)展研討，我覺(jué)得機會(huì )非常寶貴!

　　我們學(xué)生學(xué)習英語(yǔ)的機會(huì )應該說(shuō)非常有限的和非常之少的，一方面孩子們有許多功課要學(xué)，另一方面許多學(xué)生英語(yǔ)課堂效率低下。下面我就以下5點(diǎn)談?wù)剬W(xué)習英語(yǔ)要注意的方面。

　　1.英語(yǔ)課堂學(xué)習應該注重課堂學(xué)習效果，45分鐘非常寶貴且有限，我們力爭要在這短短的時(shí)間內掌握所有的英語(yǔ)知識。英語(yǔ)當天學(xué)習的內容應該當天消化，如果不能及時(shí)消化就會(huì )積食，造成聽(tīng)課越聽(tīng)越不懂，形成惡性循環(huán)!英語(yǔ)學(xué)習重在平時(shí)，每天做好預習與復習工作。想要靠臨時(shí)突擊，臨時(shí)抱佛腳的做法不可取也不可行。

　　我確信：英語(yǔ)要學(xué)好和智商無(wú)關(guān)，學(xué)不好英語(yǔ)的人都是懶惰的人。所以，在課后一定要主動(dòng)抽時(shí)間為自己補習英語(yǔ)。學(xué)好英語(yǔ)，不外乎就是在聽(tīng)，說(shuō)，讀，寫(xiě)這些方面下功夫。

　　2.作業(yè)一定要按時(shí)獨立完成，不要成為學(xué)習上的“寄生蟲(chóng)”。作業(yè)是老師檢查了解學(xué)生知識掌握情況的一個(gè)有效途徑，要求同學(xué)們能如實(shí)客觀(guān)地對待作業(yè)。知之為知之，不知為不知，寧愿獨立完成的空幾題的作業(yè)，也比完全不經(jīng)過(guò)自己大腦思考抄襲來(lái)的作業(yè)質(zhì)量高得多。許多同學(xué)自覺(jué)性差，平時(shí)空空兩手回家，早上早早趕來(lái)抄，每天我都布置了一定的英語(yǔ)作業(yè)，因此請各位家長(cháng)能關(guān)注一下你的子女有沒(méi)有將作業(yè)帶回家來(lái)做，并督促子女認真復習。

　　3.學(xué)習習慣是第一生產(chǎn)力。許多同學(xué)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習好，并不是他(她)比別人聰明，而是學(xué)習習慣比較好。良好的學(xué)習習慣可以大大提高你的學(xué)習效果，我們班的劉里杰，姜艷芳，李輝龍，李柯歐等同學(xué)，她們學(xué)習態(tài)度端正，上課認真，書(shū)寫(xiě)工整，正因為如此，無(wú)論什么考試都能取得很好的成績(jì)，這與她平時(shí)良好的學(xué)習習慣是分不開(kāi)的!而有些同學(xué)你看似認真，卻是身在心不在，學(xué)習重在表象，完全不扎實(shí)，綜合素質(zhì)卻沒(méi)有真正提高。課外也不下功夫，一堂課幾個(gè)單詞，一兩個(gè)重點(diǎn)句型下節課過(guò)來(lái)提問(wèn)一問(wèn)三不知，又何談?wù)n外擴展與素質(zhì)提升?這樣的現象很普遍，說(shuō)到底，還是好的習慣沒(méi)有養成，不夠勤奮。另外還有幾個(gè)同學(xué)，他們的潛力很大，但因為還不夠認真刻苦，所以沒(méi)有發(fā)揮出自己最好的水平，希望家長(cháng)能夠配合老師，把孩子的成績(jì)抓上去。我堅信：如果您的孩子在您的支持和我的指導下能夠及時(shí)完成老師布置的任務(wù)，那么一定能學(xué)好。要教導您的孩子一開(kāi)始就要有吃苦耐勞的精神。堅持嚴謹的學(xué)習作風(fēng)，成績(jì)馬上就會(huì )見(jiàn)效。

　　1).勤于思考、敢于攻關(guān)的習慣。

　　2)、養成不懂就問(wèn)的好習慣。

　　3)、養成復習舊課和預習新課的習慣。

　　4)、養成做完作業(yè)細心檢查的習慣。

　　4.英語(yǔ)學(xué)習貴在堅持!就好像跑步運動(dòng)，英語(yǔ)學(xué)習之初大家都從同一個(gè)起跑線(xiàn)出發(fā)，但隨著(zhù)難度加深與詞匯量加大，一些同學(xué)慢慢對英語(yǔ)失去新鮮感續而厭煩最后掉隊。希望我們家長(cháng)對子女多一份關(guān)愛(ài)，督促子女奮發(fā)圖強，初一大有提高的余地!英語(yǔ)偏科是歷史原因造成的，但并不是不可根治的，想要證明自己真正有實(shí)力那就從偏科的英語(yǔ)入手，重點(diǎn)突破!

　　5.樹(shù)立正確的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習觀(guān)與知識觀(guān)!許多學(xué)生和家長(cháng)認為英語(yǔ)學(xué)習了沒(méi)有多大用處，我又不會(huì )出國，學(xué)兩句皮毛可以炫耀就好了，何必學(xué)精通?且不說(shuō)英語(yǔ)作為一種工具，它對于我們升學(xué)、工作、求職有重大意義，同時(shí)我認為學(xué)習英語(yǔ)的過(guò)程也是一個(gè)吸收別人長(cháng)處，觀(guān)念更新的過(guò)程!知識是無(wú)價(jià)的，知識可以改變命運。
