　　今天第一次找工作面試，因為導師不讓實(shí)習，所以以打醬油的狀態(tài)來(lái)到面試地點(diǎn)，本來(lái)預約是2點(diǎn)，我們1點(diǎn)多就到了，隨即領(lǐng)了排隊的號碼排隊，沒(méi)過(guò)多久就輪到我參加一面(經(jīng)驗一、提早去排隊)。

　　一面技術(shù)面，這方面華為還是很松的，輕松都能過(guò)關(guān)，基本上分為兩部分：語(yǔ)言，問(wèn)的是c和c++的.問(wèn)題;項目。感覺(jué)自己語(yǔ)言方面還是比較扯淡，問(wèn)到了c++的static變量和非static的區別，然后給了一個(gè)程序題，找改錯。確實(shí)蒙了，很長(cháng)時(shí)間找不到錯，比較郁悶，心想必掛了，給的程序是一個(gè)字符串倒敘的算法，主要錯誤有：字符串會(huì )有個(gè)'/o'所以在動(dòng)態(tài)分配內存時(shí)，長(cháng)度要+1，動(dòng)態(tài)分配完后要判斷是否分配成功，程序結束后要free動(dòng)態(tài)分配的空間(這個(gè)很容易忘了)，倒轉字符串后要加上'/0'.5處錯誤就找出2處，看來(lái)基礎還是不行，好的習慣沒(méi)養成。然后是問(wèn)項目，這塊忽悠的還可以，所以被告知一面通過(guò)。

　　接下來(lái)是二面，群面。12人分兩組，先是自我介紹，說(shuō)說(shuō)優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，愛(ài)好。優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)是主要的吧，面試官會(huì )即興提問(wèn)，比如你說(shuō)出一個(gè)缺點(diǎn)，他會(huì )說(shuō)，舉個(gè)例子...然后是12人分兩組，6 vs 6辯論，我們的論題是愚公改移山還是搬家，然后討論，在討論的時(shí)候會(huì )有面試官在旁邊聽(tīng)，一定要積極討論，再就是爭取第一個(gè)發(fā)言開(kāi)題;第二個(gè)階段是辯論，這時(shí)候每個(gè)人只有一次發(fā)言機會(huì )，要注意聽(tīng)別人和對方的觀(guān)點(diǎn)，做記錄，面試官可能會(huì )問(wèn)你別人說(shuō)了什么。第三個(gè)階段是面試官為難你了，他為難我讓我說(shuō)出我方最有力的論點(diǎn)，以及給我方人馬按表現排序，這個(gè)比較郁悶。不過(guò)大膽的排序就是了,他還會(huì )問(wèn)你的隊友對這個(gè)排序滿(mǎn)意否，以及會(huì )問(wèn)被你排在后面的人有什么意見(jiàn)，之類(lèi)，總之是各種為難人。
