梁漱溟先生，原名煥鼎，字壽銘，廣西桂林人，1893年農歷九月初九日(重陽(yáng)節)生于北京，1988年6月23日逝世，享年95歲。梁漱溟先生是我國當代著(zhù)名的哲學(xué)家、思想家、教育家，社會(huì )活動(dòng)家，新儒學(xué)領(lǐng)軍人，著(zhù)名的愛(ài)國民主人士。
20xx年是梁漱溟先生誕辰120周年，值此之際，廣西儒學(xué)學(xué)會(huì )、桂林湖北商會(huì )、桂林梁漱溟研究會(huì )特發(fā)起舉行紀念梁漱溟先生誕辰120周年暨學(xué)術(shù)討論會(huì )，素仰天涯學(xué)術(shù)論壇各位先生對中國近代史，對新儒學(xué)、對近現代思想史之研究精深，特邀諸位參加本學(xué)術(shù)討論會(huì )，并發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文，共襄建設中華文化、構建和諧社會(huì )的'盛舉�，F將學(xué)術(shù)討論會(huì )有關(guān)事項敬告如下：
一、會(huì )議時(shí)間：20xx年4月11日~15日(4月13日為重陽(yáng)節)
二、會(huì )議地點(diǎn)：桂林市山水大酒店(桂林市三里店往東500米)、穿山公園。
三、如蒙參會(huì )，請雨具好參會(huì )回條，于20xx年9月1 日前用書(shū)面郵寄或發(fā)電子郵箱，以便確認。
四、如蒙參會(huì )，請氦寫(xiě)論文，并于回條寄來(lái)之同時(shí)，將約500至800字的論文提要一并寄來(lái)。

無(wú)論什么時(shí)候, 作為學(xué)生簽證持有者都可以邀請自己的父母或者朋友來(lái)英國旅行或是參加自己的畢業(yè)典禮. 內政部會(huì )將他們視為non-dependant會(huì )發(fā)給訪(fǎng)問(wèn)簽證(visitor). 在判斷是否頒發(fā)訪(fǎng)問(wèn)簽證時(shí),簽證官會(huì )重點(diǎn)考慮如下的幾個(gè)方面: 1, 在英國不會(huì )逗留超過(guò)6個(gè)月(因為訪(fǎng)問(wèn)簽最長(cháng)是6個(gè)月的)
2, 不會(huì )在英國逗留期間工作.
3, 能夠支持整個(gè)在英國的期間的費用和往返旅行費用.
4, 有合適的住宿安排
5, 簽證期滿(mǎn)以后不會(huì )超期逗留英國
為了滿(mǎn)足上述要求, 無(wú)論是學(xué)生本人還是被邀請人都要分別準備一系列的材料. 就學(xué)生本人而言需要提供:
1, 提供一封英文邀請信給被邀請人, 如果來(lái)英有特別目的則一定要在信中說(shuō)明,比如參加畢業(yè)典禮.
2, 學(xué)校出具的在讀證明說(shuō)明本人的學(xué)生身份, 在讀課程的詳細信息.
3, 護照復印件包括個(gè)人信息頁(yè)和簽證頁(yè)
4, 警察局注冊證明的復印件
5, 為被邀請人安排的住宿證明. 一般來(lái)說(shuō)本人在學(xué)校的住宿不能作為被邀請人的住宿. 如果本人是租住私人的房子, 則需要提供于房東的合同以及一封出自房東的信用以陳述房間大小并且適合本人和被邀請人居住. 如果被邀請人住酒店或者單獨租房居住, 也要提供相關(guān)證明.
對于被邀請人需要準備的材料包括:
1, 簽證申請表(可以從 下載)
2, 連續三個(gè)月的.銀行對帳單用以證明被邀請人有充足的錢(qián)來(lái)支持自己在英國期間的花費和往返機票費用. 如果被邀請人將使用邀請人的資金作為在英國的開(kāi)銷(xiāo),則邀請人要提供連續三個(gè)月的銀行對帳單.
3, 其他的資料用以證明被邀請人不會(huì )滯留英國不歸. 比如在職人員可以要求所在單位出具的工作證明, 準假證明. 如果被邀請人是學(xué)生則可以讓學(xué)校出具在讀證明, 和準假證明. 被邀請人還可以準備其他材料來(lái)證明自己到英國只是短期訪(fǎng)問(wèn), 比如在國內的資產(chǎn)證明, 在國內還有配偶或者小孩等等.
