到隨辦，3-5分鐘；外僑辦的辦理時(shí)間一般為3個(gè)工作日。外僑辦辦理好簽證通知后，將電
話(huà)通知“聯(lián)系人”去金華取。如何填寫(xiě)簽證中的申請表呢？在邀請外國人來(lái)華簽證申報表中：“被邀請人情況”欄必須打印。被邀請人“國籍”和下面的“簽證地”須用英語(yǔ)填寫(xiě)。外商系首次來(lái)華時(shí)，“來(lái)華事由”欄要詳細填寫(xiě)有關(guān)該公司的性質(zhì)、經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍等情況，以
及如何與該公司結識的，本次來(lái)訪(fǎng)的主要目的等內容。對于辦理二次和半年多次往返的申報，
“來(lái)華事由”欄要寫(xiě)明最近半年來(lái)華共有多少次和本次要申請多次往返的充分理由�！把垎挝粨Ｒ庖�(jiàn)”內容大致如下：茲有我公司****國客商******（護照號碼為******）于200*年*月來(lái)義烏進(jìn)行合法正當
的商務(wù)活動(dòng)，停留時(shí)間為**天，我公司擔�？蜕淘诖似陂g不產(chǎn)生違反法律的行為�！霸谌A停留天數”最長(cháng)為25天。對于“簽證地”與“國籍”不一致的客商，要求在每一份材料中附上該客商在“簽證地”
之國的居留證復印件，并注明“這是某某在某地的居留證�！�，由邀請單位蓋上公章。辦理多次往返的，要求企業(yè)前半年已邀請該客商五、六次來(lái)華，并在每一份材料中附上
該客商的每次來(lái)華簽證記錄、海關(guān)出入境記錄和貿易額憑據�！邦I(lǐng)導簽名”欄，企業(yè)法人代表或其委托領(lǐng)導須親筆簽名（企業(yè)經(jīng)辦人不可擅自代簽，
也不可以蓋領(lǐng)導簽字章），后蓋公章�！奥�(lián)系人”要填寫(xiě)企業(yè)經(jīng)辦人自己的聯(lián)系方法（為不耽擱您的寶貴時(shí)間，最好寫(xiě)上手機
號），而且要表中所寫(xiě)的“聯(lián)系人”本人去金華取簽證通知，不可委托快遞公司取。護照的復印件必須包含如下四項內容：
1、外商的姓名全稱(chēng)；
2、國籍；
3、護照的有效期；
4、護照的號碼；
如果有身份信息，必須是商人身份，不可是與商務(wù)無(wú)關(guān)的身份。雙方購銷(xiāo)合同要求是由外商簽字、我方企業(yè)負責人簽字并加蓋公章后生效的合同或售貨
確認書(shū)等材料的復印件，以證明雙方之間的經(jīng)貿關(guān)系。各種附件不可以使用感應傳真紙，感應傳真紙上的內容必須經(jīng)復印后，方可使用。各企業(yè)邀請外商來(lái)華，由各企業(yè)外事專(zhuān)辦員到義烏外僑辦辦理。以上小小資料，供參考！一般邀請函有國外客戶(hù)要來(lái)參觀(guān)公司索要,還有政府邀請函是政府邀請一些人士進(jìn)行政
治活動(dòng)所發(fā)出的信,一般來(lái)說(shuō)，公司的邀請函就可以讓客戶(hù)辦visa了。至于那些要你出據地
方政府有關(guān)簽證的,就不要理他了.辦了邀請函后,你公司要對他在中國的不法事情付有相
應的法律責任.
辦理的步驟是：準備客戶(hù)的營(yíng)業(yè)執照復印件一份和護照的第一頁(yè)你們公司要準備：
