1、different強調事物存在本質(zhì)上的差別,有時(shí)有對比意義,可以修飾單數和復數名詞。
2、different常接介詞from、to或than,在英語(yǔ)中常用different to,在美語(yǔ)中有時(shí)用different than,而different from英美都用。在口語(yǔ)中, different from有時(shí)可接從句。
3、用作定語(yǔ) ~+ n.
He wears a different tie every day.
他每天換一條領(lǐng)帶。
Their three children all go to different schools.
他們三個(gè)孩子分別上不同的學(xué)校。
The balls of different colours are mainly calculated for decoration.
這些不同顏色的彩球主要作裝飾用。
