留學(xué)基金委所需國外邀請函模板

　　向留學(xué)基金委申報時(shí)必須提交國外大學(xué)或科研機構的邀請函。正式邀請信/函一般應由外方教授/邀請單位簽發(fā)，并使用邀請單位專(zhuān)用信紙打印。邀請信/函應明確如下內容(若所申請出國留學(xué)項目對國外邀請信有特別要求，應按項目要求準備)：

　�、诹魧W(xué)身份：高級研究學(xué)者、訪(fǎng)問(wèn)學(xué)者/博士后研究;

　�、哿魧W(xué)期限：明確到起止時(shí)間;

　�、芰魧W(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)、課題或研究方向;

　�、菔欠穹�合接受方外語(yǔ)水平要求;

　�、拶Y金資助情況;

　　I am writing to invite Dr.*** as a visiting post-doc in the ***Group(課題組) of ***University , for a period of 12 months from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013.

　　Dr. ** was born in MM dd, yy and received his Ph.D. from the ** College, *****l University. I have communicated with Mr. *** several times and believe that his English level would meet our requirements for a post-doc.

　　Dr. ***’s expenses in the US including travel, living and health-care for the duration of his visit will be fully covered by the China Scholarship Council.
