(1)商務(wù)公函的概念
商務(wù)公函是用來(lái)商洽工作銷(xiāo)售技巧和話(huà)術(shù)、聯(lián)系業(yè)務(wù)、詢(xún)問(wèn)和答復有關(guān)具體實(shí)際問(wèn)題的一種公文。
(2)商務(wù)公函的結構及寫(xiě)作方法
公函是平行文。在寫(xiě)作時(shí),一般包括四大部分:標題、行文對象、正文、落款。
、贅祟}一般采用公文規范標題法,即標題由發(fā)函機關(guān)、事由、受函機關(guān)和文種組成。也有的只有事由和文種。
、谛形膶ο笫侵腹芪恼,寫(xiě)在事由之下的第一行左邊,頂格,后面加冒號。
、壅氖枪膬热菁词马,是發(fā)函者要告訴對方的.具體事情,由三部分組成,即發(fā)函因由,發(fā)函事項以及結語(yǔ)等,事項部分基本上是敘述和說(shuō)明的方法,如有要求部分則要根據行文內容來(lái)安排,不可過(guò)多。結語(yǔ)多使用"特此復函"。
、苈淇。包括發(fā)函單位的名稱(chēng)和主要負責人的簽名以及日期。
