崗位職責:
1、負責公司pon相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的硬件設計和開(kāi)發(fā);
2、按照項目要求完成總體方案、器件選型、原理圖詳細設計、單板邏輯設計、調試、解決bug等工作;
3、及時(shí)完成各種文檔和標準化資料的編寫(xiě);
任職資格:
1、電子、自動(dòng)化等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)，英文能力較好;
2、本科一年以上通訊或網(wǎng)絡(luò )產(chǎn)品相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;
3、在數字電路設計尤其是高速數字電路方面有豐富的經(jīng)驗;
4、應用過(guò)mips，arm或powerpc等嵌入式cpu的硬件開(kāi)發(fā);
5、掌握verilog或vhdl等硬件描述語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行cpld的'開(kāi)發(fā);
6、從事過(guò)光接入，光模塊，switch，sdh，dsl等產(chǎn)品硬件開(kāi)發(fā)者優(yōu)先;
7、熟悉以太網(wǎng)以及voip相關(guān)標準和架構優(yōu)先;
8、有良好的團隊精神以及吃苦耐勞的品性，工作認真，積極主動(dòng)，自學(xué)能力較好。

任職要求：
1.熟悉gpon網(wǎng)關(guān)架構，有兩年或兩年以上網(wǎng)關(guān)開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗
2.熟悉omci協(xié)議，有omci相關(guān)開(kāi)發(fā)，調試經(jīng)驗
3.熟悉tcp/ip，802.11n， 802.11ac，802.1ax等網(wǎng)絡(luò )協(xié)議
4.精通c語(yǔ)言以及其他網(wǎng)關(guān)類(lèi)嵌入式開(kāi)發(fā)所需語(yǔ)言
5.有責任心，能夠配合項目開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)度要求，調整工作節奏
6.能夠流暢的與客戶(hù)用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行技術(shù)交流

main responsibilities:
主要職責：
product management: suiting collections to customer's tastes， making orders， returns， ranges， invoice control (incidents) and dealing with complaints. also responsible for fitting alarms， fitting garments on hangers， folding， stacking， replacing， attending to alterations and orders， and carrying out the inventory for the section.
產(chǎn)品管理：根據顧客的偏好調整商品的系列和種類(lèi)、商品陳列順序和區域管理、商品折疊管理、商品返倉管理、商品防盜管理、商品庫房陳列管理、商品轉移管理以及協(xié)助銷(xiāo)售數據管理等。
image: setting up and coordinating garments; controlling the image of the section.
形象管理：產(chǎn)品陳列及店鋪的形象管理。
personnel management: helping the manager in selecting staff to work in the section; evaluating and communicating impressions with the manager; training and motivating the staff in their section; helping the manager organize timetables， holidays， sales periods and bank holidays.
員工管理：協(xié)助經(jīng)理為員工安排工作；培訓并激勵分管區域的員工；協(xié)助經(jīng)理進(jìn)行團隊工作時(shí)間/休假安排。

崗位職責:
1、2年以上epon/gpon終端產(chǎn)品hgu的研發(fā)測試經(jīng)驗。
2、至少8個(gè)省級以上成功交付的.isp的集采測試經(jīng)歷。
3、對ieee 802.3ah/itu-t g.988/mld/ipv6/tr-069/tcp/ip等協(xié)議有很深的理解。
關(guān)鍵專(zhuān)業(yè)知識和技能(按重要程度由強到弱填寫(xiě)) :

2、熟悉光纖寬帶接入產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)形態(tài)。
