一、 寫(xiě)作導航

通知屬于應用文， 通常是上級對下級、組織對成員布置工作、召開(kāi)會(huì )議、傳達事情所用的一種應用文。通知包括口頭通知和書(shū)面通知。

1． 口頭通知

口頭通知是面對面地把事情傳達給對方。在發(fā)布口頭通知時(shí)， 應該注意以下幾個(gè)問(wèn)題：

開(kāi)頭應有稱(chēng)呼語(yǔ)：Boys and girls 或 Ladies and gentlemen等。

應有引起聽(tīng)眾注意的開(kāi)場(chǎng)白：Attention, please!或Be quiet, please!

結尾應給聽(tīng)眾結束通知的信號： That's all. Thank you.或 So much for this. Thank you.

口頭通知的內容要講清楚時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、活動(dòng)內容及注意事項。

2． 書(shū)面通知

書(shū)面通知是以布告、張貼的形式出現，為醒目起見(jiàn)， 標題的每個(gè)字母都常大寫(xiě)。

格式包括：

標題：在正文的上面寫(xiě)"NOTICE"。

正文：包括具體的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、活動(dòng)內容及注意事項。

單位：一般寫(xiě)在右下角，有時(shí)放在標題的上面。

時(shí)間：發(fā)出通知的時(shí)間一般寫(xiě)在左下角。若右下角無(wú)發(fā)通知單位的名稱(chēng)，也可以寫(xiě)在右下角。

人稱(chēng)：發(fā)通知的單位和被通知的對象均用第三人稱(chēng)，但如果正文前已有稱(chēng)呼語(yǔ)，就用第二人稱(chēng)表示被通知的對象。

二、 中考熱點(diǎn)話(huà)題

一個(gè)參觀(guān)團準備訪(fǎng)問(wèn)某城市。請你起草一份通知，在歡迎參觀(guān)團時(shí)宣講。內容包括以下幾點(diǎn)：

1． 參觀(guān)日期：七月一日，星期六。

2． 時(shí)間： 早餐后8點(diǎn)出發(fā)。

3.在參觀(guān)地點(diǎn)吃午餐。下午回來(lái)。

4． 每人只能參觀(guān)一個(gè)地方，工廠(chǎng)、學(xué)校、農場(chǎng)或醫院。歡迎人人參加。今晚9點(diǎn)前在服務(wù)臺（the Service Desk）寫(xiě)下名字，并告訴我們你要去的地方。

三、 滿(mǎn)分作文引路

Ladies and gentlemen,

May I have your attention, please?

On Saturday July 1st, there will be visits to several places. Everybody is welcome. Each can only go to one place, a factory, a school, a farm or a hospital. Please write down your name at the Service Desk before 9:00 p.m. You should tell us where you will go.

We'll set out at 8:00 a.m. after breakfast. We will have lunch at the place that you visit. In the afternoon we'll come back.

That's all. Thank you.

I.假如你是班長(cháng)， 你班要與來(lái)華的美國學(xué)生一起舉行一次英語(yǔ)晚會(huì )，請根據以下的內容擬個(gè)通知， 將這次活動(dòng)的情況提前一天告訴同學(xué)們。

提示：1． 時(shí)間：2003年12月10日，星期五， 晚7：00-9：00。

2． 地點(diǎn)：本班教室。

3． 參加人員：本班同學(xué)， 美國學(xué)生和我們的英語(yǔ)老師，也歡迎別班的同學(xué)來(lái)參加。

5． 注意事項：晚會(huì )上要講英語(yǔ)。

要求：1.格式正確。 2. 語(yǔ)意連貫， 語(yǔ)法正確。3. 60-80詞。

II.學(xué)校準備組織一次英語(yǔ)講座，請以校學(xué)生會(huì )的名義將有關(guān)事項通知全校同學(xué)。請參看以下提示。

提示：1.時(shí)間：5月30日，星期六，晚上6：00-8：00。

2.地點(diǎn)：學(xué)校大禮堂。

3.內容：英美文化的差異。

4.主講人：本校主任Mr Li。

5.注意事項：歡迎感興趣的同學(xué)前來(lái)參加，但不要遲到。

要求：1.格式正確。 2. 語(yǔ)意連貫， 語(yǔ)法正確。 3. 60-80詞。

There will be an English lecture on the differences between American Culture and English Culture. It will be given by Mr Li of our college in the school hall on Saturday evening from 6:00 to 8:00, May 30th. Everyone who is interested in it will be welcome.
