即時(shí)性評價(jià)是指教學(xué)過(guò)程中,教師對學(xué)生的課堂表現做出及時(shí)、有效地評價(jià)。特點(diǎn)是:及時(shí),也就是對學(xué)生的課堂表現即刻就能得到認可或糾正;有效,即評價(jià)能對學(xué)生以后的學(xué)習產(chǎn)生動(dòng)力作用和指導作用。這不但起著(zhù)反饋、激勵、調控和導向的作用,還對學(xué)生的健康成長(cháng)與和諧發(fā)展具有重要意義。一方面對學(xué)生的好的表現得到及時(shí)的肯定,使他們產(chǎn)生心理的愉悅,以做出更加積極的努力,為學(xué)生的學(xué)習奠定后續的精神毅力。另一方面,學(xué)生在學(xué)習和成長(cháng)過(guò)程中,能得到科學(xué)的、靈活的快捷的反饋與指導,也會(huì )使學(xué)生對今后的發(fā)展信心倍增,使今后的教學(xué)互動(dòng)更加有效,也更利于學(xué)生的終身學(xué)習習慣和能力發(fā)展。
案例分析:

(學(xué)生會(huì )心地點(diǎn)點(diǎn)頭,說(shuō)明適時(shí)的鼓勵與積極的評價(jià)能給同學(xué)們更大的學(xué)習動(dòng)力,更能激發(fā)他們的進(jìn)取心。學(xué)生也產(chǎn)生了繼續學(xué)習的濃厚興趣。但總體來(lái)看教師的語(yǔ)言缺乏維度,沒(méi)能針對不同的學(xué)生采取不同的語(yǔ)言來(lái)加以評價(jià),并沒(méi)有將評價(jià)和學(xué)習內容結合起來(lái),為學(xué)生的學(xué)習奠定后續力量。)

(教師的課后總結性評價(jià)缺乏,會(huì )使學(xué)生對本節課產(chǎn)生不了滿(mǎn)足感、成功感、愉悅感,又怎能使學(xué)生對下一次課堂產(chǎn)生期待與憧憬呢?)
從整堂課看,教師一直沒(méi)有做出較好的、具有一定層次性的評價(jià)。學(xué)生們需要評價(jià)和鼓勵,這也是從長(cháng)遠的學(xué)習效果來(lái)看的,教師如果進(jìn)行了多維度、分層次 準確得體、具有導向性和發(fā)展性評價(jià),學(xué)生一時(shí)的學(xué)習效果和今后自主學(xué)習能力的提升會(huì )更加的明顯。
總而言之,教師能不能引導學(xué)生形成自主學(xué)習、自覺(jué)學(xué)習的習慣甚至是能力,關(guān)鍵是教師的評價(jià)機制、原則和能力的一個(gè)充分體現。
