本節課的教學(xué)內容是對新課標人教版Module 2 Unit 5 Music的復習。主要任務(wù)是通過(guò)填空的形式復習課文內容,掌握本單元一些重點(diǎn)短語(yǔ)。通過(guò)對話(huà)題進(jìn)行說(shuō),聽(tīng),寫(xiě)等活動(dòng),使學(xué)生了解到各種音樂(lè )形式,國內外著(zhù)名的樂(lè )隊,熟悉使用有關(guān)偏好的表達方式,表達自己對音樂(lè )的偏好及認識,最后能利用課堂討論所積累到的語(yǔ)言素材和聽(tīng)力材料完成一篇讀寫(xiě)任務(wù),實(shí)現從語(yǔ)言輸入到語(yǔ)言輸出的遷移。

三.教學(xué)設計

1.總體思路

本節課總的思路是復習基礎,活用知識,拓展能力。借助多媒體教學(xué),以多種形式的活動(dòng)來(lái)組織教學(xué),讓學(xué)生在學(xué)習的過(guò)程中發(fā)展自主學(xué)習和合作學(xué)習的能力,提高學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行思維和表達的能力。

本節課首先以課本內容為依托,采用填空的形式作為回顧檢測,復習重點(diǎn)短語(yǔ)和表達。在完成對基礎知識的復習的基礎上重點(diǎn)訓練學(xué)生綜合語(yǔ)言運用能力(說(shuō),聽(tīng),寫(xiě))。圍繞Do you like music? Why? 和 What kind of music do you prefer?Why?這兩個(gè)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行討論,在討論和呈現討論結果的過(guò)程中復習表達偏好的方式及積累語(yǔ)言表達材料。 最后通過(guò)聽(tīng)力訓練,來(lái)培養學(xué)生在聽(tīng)力當中獲取信息和處理信息的能力。通過(guò)對聽(tīng)力材料的理解也使學(xué)生明確了音樂(lè )對我們生活的影響和作用,讓他們對音樂(lè )有了更全面的認識。通過(guò)討論和聽(tīng)力材料增加有效的語(yǔ)言輸入,讓學(xué)生有足夠豐富的語(yǔ)言材料來(lái)完成最后的寫(xiě)作任務(wù),達到知識活用和能力拓展的教學(xué)目的。

四.教學(xué)過(guò)程

I. 話(huà)題引入

Song appreciation: Listen to a song --- Yesterday by the Beatles

Some famous bands: Beyond / Backstreet boys / Westlife / the Beatles / the Monkees

(設計說(shuō)明)此環(huán)節以歌曲引入話(huà)題,能引起學(xué)生的興趣,使學(xué)生迅速進(jìn)入上課狀態(tài)。此外也使學(xué)生能熟悉國內外著(zhù)名的樂(lè )隊,從而自然地引入到對樂(lè )隊the Monkees的課文復習。

II. 語(yǔ)篇領(lǐng)悟

Summary of the text: Blank-filling

If we are ourselves, most of us have being famous sometimes in our lives. Most musicians often meet and a band. Sometimes they play in the street to passers-by so that they can some money and this also gives them a chance to their dreams. “The Monkees” started in a different way. The musicians of whom the band was formed each other as well as played music, whose music and jokes were loosely “The Beatles”. Their exciting performances were copied by other groups. However, after one year or so, they became more their work and played their own music like a real band. Though it in 1970, it reunited in the mid-1980s and it is still popular today.

A. Topic discussion(group work)

學(xué)生分組討論下面問(wèn)題:

1. Do you like music? Why?

教師可先進(jìn)行示范和引導,例如: I myself am a music lover, because music can make me in a good mood after an exhausting working day.

這時(shí)可以引導學(xué)生思考表達喜歡的方式,最后由教師進(jìn)行總結歸納

Possible expressions:

be fond of … / be a … lover / …is one’s hobby… (表達偏好的方式)

接著(zhù)教師布置學(xué)生分組討論:Do you like music? Why?

此時(shí)教師應鼓勵學(xué)生的不同表達,充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的自主性。另外小組成員之間也可以交流信息,體現合作探究的精神。

學(xué)生討論完畢,小組代表在全班進(jìn)行信息的交流。此時(shí)教師應對學(xué)生進(jìn)行鼓勵和表?yè)P,使學(xué)生有成就感和近一步學(xué)習的動(dòng)力。

最后,由教師給出參考的文段給全班同學(xué)欣賞。

(設計說(shuō)明) 討論部分的話(huà)題為學(xué)生所熟悉,學(xué)生基本上有話(huà)可說(shuō)。這兩個(gè)問(wèn)題也都是開(kāi)放性的,沒(méi)有所謂的標準答案,學(xué)生也可以各抒己見(jiàn)。采用小組討論的方式可以讓不同層次的學(xué)生都充分的參與到活動(dòng)中來(lái),討論結束后,每組推選出一位同學(xué)為代表來(lái)做presentation。教師在這個(gè)過(guò)程中要引導學(xué)生留意不同學(xué)生的表達和內容并將的一些重點(diǎn)詞,句板書(shū),讓學(xué)生可以利用到最后的寫(xiě)作部分中去。
