篇一：燃氣使用承諾書(shū)
為了維持正常生產(chǎn)作業(yè)秩序，保障人員生命和財產(chǎn)安全。我單位根據開(kāi)發(fā)區安監部門(mén)要求，針對使用燃氣的各用戶(hù)（單位），需做出以下承諾。
1、用戶(hù)不得使用不合格燃氣器具。
2、管線(xiàn)、閥門(mén)、灶具等設施做到無(wú)破損、無(wú)漏氣、無(wú)損壞安全可靠靈活好用。灶具周?chē)坏么娣乓兹家妆锲�，定期對灶具周�(chē)椭酃高M(jìn)行清理。
3、灶具軟管不得超過(guò)2米。灶前不得隔墻安裝，軟管使用年限不得超過(guò)2年。
4、我單位檢查必須積極配合，如有安全隱患，因立即停止使用，并及時(shí)按照相關(guān)部門(mén)規定進(jìn)行隱患整改，整改完畢后方可使用。
5、如因不規范使用燃氣導致的一切安全事故及其經(jīng)濟損失和法律責任由承諾人員(單位)自行承擔。

根據北京市政府《關(guān)于加強室內燃氣設施安全管理的.通告》精神，為了避免因對戶(hù)內燃氣設施的私接亂改而造成安全隱患及安全事故，本人保證做到：
According to theauthorized by Beijing municipal government, and in order to avoid hidden factors of accidents caused by reconstruction of the indoor natural gas pipe or meters without permission, I promises to do as follow:

氣安裝、維修資質(zhì)的企業(yè)或個(gè)人拆改、遷移、安裝燃氣管道和設施。
If it is necessary to dismantle, refit, relocate, or install natural gas pipeline and water heater, only licensed companies or / and technicians are authorized to carryout the above works.
�。矗杂X(jué)抵制盜用正規企業(yè)名義進(jìn)行欺詐活動(dòng)的非法“小廣告”，以免上當受騙，
造成安全事故。
